Sewell Construction is currently completing refurbishment work across the Trusts’ estate.
Refurbishment work is being carried out in two thirds of the Maister Lodge. This will include demolition works, mechanical and engineering, new flooring and ceilings, finishing with new decorations.
At the start of 2018, refurbishment work took place in Driffield at an existing dental surgery. The room was completely stripped of it’s current facilities adding new flooring and ceilings, a new ventilation system and finishing with new dental equipment.
Meanwhile, work is underway at the Trust’s Humber Centre and Mill View sites to replace doors in seclusion suites and windows.
