FROM THE COMMUNITY, FOR THE COMMUNITY

Our experience in creating facilities for the arts, culture, charitable, leisure and community scene is as far reaching as the visitors they attract. We’re committed to the cause because our people are from the communities we deliver to.

The heart and soul of our business is to maintain the heritage and history of our communities through the complexities of bringing heritage and listed buildings back to life, remodelling buildings to more modern standards, as well as creating future-proofed new-builds that focus on exactly what the end user desires.

Mixed-use, inclusive, creative cluster

Rutland Mills

The vision for Rutland Mills – soon to be known as Tileyard North – is to create a rich mixed-use, inclusive, creative, and cultural cluster, with a programme that includes artists, designers and musicians; digital and tech industries; artisan craft and makers; studios and commercial space; retail; restaurant and hotel offers; event and gallery space; and provision for education.

Increasing theatre space with no drama

Hull New Theatre

Hull City Council were looking to remodel the Grade II Listed theatre to attract larger productions to the city. This meant the need to increase the capacity of the theatre seating, ancillary facilities such as bars and toilets, installing more dressing rooms, as well as increasing the height and load capacity of the fly tower.
