We’re on the Procure Partnerships Framework

Our construction businesses Sewell Construction and I&G have recently been appointed to the new Procure Partnerships Framework.

Our teams have secured a place on both the construction and decarbonisation disciplines covering the whole of Yorkshire, providing our public sector clients compliant procurement routes for projects ranging between £50,000 and £15m.

We’re looking forward to building on the success of the current Procure Partnerships Minor Works Framework, which has seen us collaboratively deliver over £30m worth of public sector projects in the last four years.

Procure Partnerships Framework has been operating and delivering a successful national contractor framework across England for the past four years, supporting the delivery of over 150 projects year on year.

Procure Partnerships Framework will start to support the procurement of projects from 1st November, and successful bidders will lend to its success for the next four years until 2027.

Robbie Blackhurst, Framework Director of Procure Partnerships Framework, said:

“With over £1bn projects delivered across the UK year on year, our national presence – as well as our extensive experience in both procurement and technical project delivery – means we can always move quickly to meet the needs of our clients.”

Our appointment to the decarbonisation and retrofit lot is particularly pleasing, and reflects the vast experience and expertise of our teams, which will be vital in supporting our clients to deliver their net zero commitments. Our place on the latest iteration of the Procure Partnership Framework adds to a range of framework options which we have secured right across our estates businesses, providing our public sector clients with efficient and compliant routes to market across consultancy, construction and facilities management.
