Digital technology in Construction
Time is precious and we believe in spending our time on the things that will make a difference for our customers’ experience and bring surety in delivery. Technology supports our drive to de-risk the projects we work on and communicate effectively with project stakeholders.
We can work with you to develop a building from an initial brief utilising our design development skills and resources to meet the needs of the new facility. We are ISO19650 certified and embed Building Information Modelling (BIM) throughout the design process to develop the digital twin of the new building and provide certainty in delivery and a data rich digital model at completion of the build.

The construction industry is often thought of as only utilising physical, labour-focused skills, but it’s a much more varied sector than that. On our education projects, we challenge young people’s misconceptions of our industry by offering workshops, hosting business breakfasts and getting involved in career fairs so we can pique interest at a younger age and demonstrate how enterprising, innovative and digital the construction industry actually is.

Our dedicated design team use the latest technology to help clients visualise their brief and see their projects come to life before ground has even been broken. Through virtual reality and augmented reality we’re able to demonstrate how digital and construction work hand in hand.
We hold BIM certification under BS EN ISO 19650-2-2018 and formally PAS 1192-2-2013 including design team compliance with Exchange Information requirements and BIM execution plans.
