BUILDING PARTNERSHIPS
As a business we’re committed to forging strong, long-term relationships to deliver our customers’ needs as well as unlocking development opportunities and delivering shared value and benefits for the communities in which we work.
We work closely with our partners to understand their ambitions and explore all relevant investment and funding streams to maximise each individual project’s potential. With a people-focused culture and commitment to doing the right thing by our customers and communities, we’re creating something different that unites every aspect of our wider business.
DELIVERING REAL LOCAL IMPACT
We believe that building partnerships is key to maximising value for our customers – we’re here for the long term and want to create sustainable solutions to help realise our clients’ ambitions.
Partnerships such as those we have with Hull Esteem Consortium and Hull Citycare have delivered outstanding outcomes for the local community and changed the face of education, leisure and health care in our hometown of Hull.
In partnership with Hull City Council, Esteem has developed a £400m education regeneration programme, as well as major culture and leisure facilities across the city. Citycare has delivered 14 new health centres, improving health outcomes for local people and leading the way nationally by delivering new models of care to keep patients out of hospital.
