Our partnership continues with the University of Leeds, as we progress with works at the Clarendon Building on the University of Leeds campus.
We will be carrying out re-modelling works, which will see the former Innovation Centre provide additional new learning spaces from the existing layout. The work taking place will include re-configuring existing partition and ceiling systems, new floor finishes, upgrades to the existing mechanical and electrical systems and new AV installations for the IT clusters.
Sewell have previously worked with the university on a number of projects, including the most recent new build creating the Centre of Applied Heath Research in Bradford, a partnership project between University of Leeds, University of Bradford and Bradford NHS Teaching Hospitals.
Other work includes multiple refurbishment and reconfiguration works that took place in 2017 across the university campus at 5 different locations. Read more about the project here.
