It’s our Community Investment Champion’s job to seek out most meaningful initiatives and social value best practice and innovations, to continue to drive the business forward in being a force for good in the communities in which we serve.

At the start of each project, our Community Investment Champion undertakes a local needs analysis which underpins all engagement activity and aligns our approach with the needs of the end-users and wider communities, to create the most meaningful impact. This allows us to plug important local needs and gaps by providing relevant work experiences, apprenticeships, insight workshops and other activities to ensure our developments are not detached and disconnected from the community they intend to benefit.
